Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You don’t need an account to place an order. You can complete your purchase as a guest. But we recommend creating an account so that you can easily know the product shipping status, previous order detail, save your address information for easy checkout in future purchases and lot more.
What are the different type of payment options you have?
We provide Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery and Online Payment option with VISA/Master Card debit and credit card for all the orders.
Can I cancel an order after it is placed??
Yes. You can cancel an order before the product is shipped without incurring any cost. If the product is shipped and you cancel the order, we may charge a nominal fee to cover the shipping expense.

Is there a limit on quantity of products in one order?
It may be necessary for us to restrict bulk purchases of some products in order to protect the interests of our customers. Goldstarshopping.com reserves the right to limit the quantity per person or per order at its sole discretion. There may be limitations applicable to orders placed by the same account, using the same credit card, and/or using the same billing and/or shipping address.
What does ‘Available on Backorder’ mean?
This means that the product is currently not in stock at Goldstar. You can still order the article, and we will then order the article at the supplier. The availability of the items on Backorder will depend upon the Stock status with the suppliers. In general the delay on backordered articles is 2-3 days time. If the foreseen delay is more than 2-3 days, then we will contact the customer to see what we can do.
Does goldstarshopping.com provide free delivery?
We do not provide free delivery for orders placed on goldstarshopping.com. We charge a flat delivery fee of QAR 10 across Qatar. You will be notified in the order checkout page about the delivery charge on your order.
To waive off delivery charge, you can choose ‘Shop Pickup’. In such cases, mention that to our customer support team and they will waive off the delivery charge when you come to our showroom for order pickup.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation mail at your given or registered email address.
Does goldstarshopping.com store my credit/debit card details?
No. We don’t store your credit or debit card details at our server. We simply use payment gateways provided by our bankers to process your transaction.

How can I get warranty for the products purchased?
You can claim for warranty on product with its necessary documents like warranty card or purchase bill within the given warranty period at any of the Goldstar Store outlets in your country. The warranty service will be based on the Warranty policies of the product manufacturer/authorized distributor in the region.
What does ‘Pre Order/Pre Booking’ mean?
Pre Order/Pre Booking is a method by which a customer can place an order for a newly launched product before it’s official availability in the market. In such case, the product availability date will be mentioned upfront. Those products will be available after the mentioned date with Goldstar Store. For such orders, your order will be delivered on or after the availability date.
